Highlands Neighborhood – North West Lincoln
Kelly's Kids Learning and Development Center, Inc. Our original location, 4901 North West First Street was constructed in 2008. This 6,000 square foot facility is licensed to provide care for up to 76 children from six weeks through five years of age. It features a full kitchen where meals are prepared on-site, and a separate lunch-room. The center also features two large outdoor play areas providing lots of room for outdoor activities. The center is well-equipped with age-appropriate toys, and ample classroom supplies for educational and fun learning activities. Children are separated into the following age groups, by room; young infants, older infants, toddlers, preschool, and pre-K. We are always happy to give tours and discuss families’ needs. At times, some of the rooms are full, but we keep a waiting list and will do what we can to accommodate new children. Families move and children move up, or graduate to move on to kindergarten, so we are always enrolling new children. Hours of operation, 7:00 am to 6:00pm.
Havelock Neighborhood – North East Lincoln
Kelly's Kids North East. Our second and newest location is located at 4005 North 70th St., along the east edge of the Havelock Neighborhood. This facility was originally a church building built in 1962. It was purchased in 2018, and after extensive renovations, was opened in May of 2019 as “Kelly’s Kids North East”. Modifications to bring the building in line with 2019 building codes for a childcare center have resulted in a completely new facility on the inside situated in a quiet neighborhood with a very large fenced in outside play area. The building is 5,400 square feet and is licensed to provide care for children 6 weeks to 13 years, with drop off and pick up currently including Norwood Park elementary school. A summer program for school age children will be offered starting in 2020. As a new center, the spots for younger children have filled up first; however, as with our other center, we are always happy to give tours and discuss families’ needs. At times, some of the rooms are full, but we keep a waiting list and will do what we can to accommodate new children. Families move and children move up, or graduate to move on to kindergarten, so we are always enrolling new children.
Hours of operation, 6:30 am to 6:00pm.
