Enrollment Information Childcare
Please call to arrange a tour. On your tour, you may speak to the director or assistant director about enrollment. Each child will need to have enrollment forms filled out prior to their first day. There is a non-refundable, one time enrollment fee of $50.00 per child or $75 per family, which will hold your child's place at our center. Refunds are only given when a parent enrolls their child for care, and the center is unable to accommodate the space for the family's child.
There is an enrollment application, parent contract, emergency contact/medical information form, leave premises/apply products permission form, and child photograph permission form, and permission to apply sunscreen form, to be completed at the time of enrollment, all of which are below. Additionally, the state of Nebraska requires that all centers keep a copy of each child's most updated immunizations on file, so we will need a copy for your family file.
Tuition Rates
Tuition rates are based on the ratios of child to teacher. They are given in weekly rates, however tuition is billed on a bi-weekly basis. Tuition is due every other Monday which includes care for the week starting on that Monday, and the following week. Parents with more than one child enrolled at our center will receive a discounted rate for the oldest child enrolled. Current forms of payment accepted are cash or check only.
