Enrollment

Please call to arrange a tour with Kelly. On your tour, you may speak to the director or assistant director about enrollment. Each child will need to have enrollment forms filled out prior to their first day. There is a non-refundable, one time enrollment fee of $50.00 per child or $75 per family, which will hold your child's place at our center. Refunds are only given when a parent enrolls their child for care, and the center is unable to acommodate the space for the family's child.

There is an enrollment application, parent contract, emergency contacy/medical information form, leave premises/apply products permission form, and child photograph permission form, and permission to apply sunscreen form to be completed at the time of enrollment, all of which are below. Additionally, the state of Nebraska requires that all centers keep a copy of each child's most updated immunizations on file, so we will need a copy for your family file.

Tuition rates are based on the ratios of child to teacher. They are given in weekly rates, however tuition is billed on a bi-weekly basis. Tuition is due every other Monday which would include care for the week starting on that Monday, and the week ahead. Parents with more than one child enrolled at our center will receive an approximate 10% discount off their oldest child's weekly rate. Current forms of payment accepted are cash or check only.

Full Time Weekly Rates

Full time rates are based on 4 or more days per week. Rates are current as of January 9, 2012.

Infants (6 weeks to 12 months): $210.00
Young Toddlers (1 to 2 years): $199.00
Toddlers (2 to 3 years): $189.00
Preschool (3 to 4 1/2 years): $179.00
Pre-Kindergarten (4 1/2 to 5 1/2 years): $175.00

Part Time Weekly Rates

Part time rates are based on 2 full days or 3 full days. For most families, 2 days is Tuesday/Thursday and 3 days is either Monday/Wednesday/Friday or Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday. Part time care for 3 days is given priority and we fit in a space for 2 day care if possible around the 3 day space. Rates are current as of January 9, 2012.

Sibling Discount Rates(about 10%)

These rates apply to an older child (or second child of the same age in the case of twins) for full time care only, rounded to whole dollar amounts to make things easier. Rates are current as of January 9, 2012.

Enrollment Forms

We have copies of the forms at the center as well, we simply provide them online for convenience and information purposes. We will also need a copy of your child's immunization records on file, as it is required by the State of Nebraska's Childcare Licensing Department.
